Please note: representations received on the Core Strategy for Chiltern District, Publication Document October 2010 cannot be treated as confidential. All comments that have been duly made will be available for public inspection and, if practicable, will be published on the Council’s website. However, no personal details, other than the Respondent’s or Agent’s name, will be made public and/or published.

Consultations can take the form of documents, questionnaires/surveys or forums on a given topic. You can search the entire Planning Policy Consultation Portal using the 'Search' box above. You can also search for Comments, Consultees and Agents by clicking on 'Who Said What?' above.
In order to submit any answers to questions or comments, you will need to register your name and basic details. We require you to do this so as to prevent anyone abusing the system and sending multiple responses.
In some instances, you will be asked to register or log in before being able to participate in a Planning Policy consultation event. To register please click on the 'Register' link within the 'Login' section.
